70cl / 40% – A smooth small-batch vodka from SC Dogs distillery, Isles of Scilly, that is inspired by St Martins farmer, fisherman and singer Capt’n Stevens (1922-1996). Double-distilled at the only distillery on St Martins, the palate is smooth and clean, with a salty seaside tang.
