The Spirit of Bruce Christopher Honey Spiced Rum / SC Dogs

70cl / 41.5% – A small-batch spiced rum from Isles of Scilly producer SC Dogs that is made with Tresco honey and inspired by Bruce Christopher (1949-2013) – coastguard, farmer and local rower. The honey used to make this rum is made on Tresco, created by the island’s bees using nectar from the myriad of exotic plants in the Abbey Garden. The palate is sweet and smooth, with notes of honey, heather, oranges, savoury herbs and sweet fruit that linger in the finish.
