70cl / 46% – A rich and smoky blended Irish whiskey from Sliabh Liag Distillers, Dark Silkie is an ode to Donegal whiskies of the past. Made with a combination of triple distilled peated Irish single malts, Irish single malts and smooth grain whiskey, it has aromas of fresh apple, pear, peppery smoke and oak spice on the nose. The palate offers notes of salted caramel, pipe tobacco, liquorice, dark chocolate, toffee and pears.
