Teaninich 2007-09 / 11 Year Old / Reserve Cask Parcel #5 Highland Whisky

70cl / 48% / Elixir Distillers – A Teaninich single malt from independent bottler Elixir Distillers, matured in a batch of five ex-bourbon casks that were filled between 2007 and 2009, before being bottled in 2021 as part of its Single Malts of Scotland Reserve Casks series. Aromas of golden-syrup-sponge, matcha lattes and kiwi fill the nose, complemented by notes of mint chocolate, Madeira cake, tinned peaches, rosemary and basil throughout the palate.
