150cl / 12.5% – Taittinger Prelude is a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Grand Cru vineyards. Golden delicious apples baked with sultanas and honey and a hint of lemon confit. This cuvée works well with roasted monkfish or white meat.
