75cl / 12% – A fruity, vibrant English sparkling wine from Sugrue, Zodo (ZerO DOsage) is made with a blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir grapes from Sussex. The palate offers notes of Granny Smith apples, salt-crusted rocks, aromatic flowers and vibrant lemon that linger in the finish.
