70cl / 55.6% / North Star Sprits – A 2006 Strathmill single malt from independent bottler North Star Spirits that was matured in an oloroso sherry hogshead for 15 years, before being bottled in September 2022. Aromas of glace cherries, buttery brioche and warm tablet fill the nose, complemented by notes of black coffee, vanilla ice cream, caramel and raisins throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
