70cl / 50% – A rich, full-bodied single malt from Australian distillery Starward, Fortis has been matured in 100% American oak casks that previously held Australian red wines, mostly from Barossa Valley wineries. The palate offers notes of chocolate ganache, cinnamon, quince, raisins and lingering baking spices.
