Spirited Union Spice & Sea Salt Botanical Rum

70cl / 38% – Chefs enhance flavours with salt, so too can mixologists. But this rum doesn’t use just any salt – it uses organic anana salt sourced from an ancient seabed which complements the natural sweetness of its cask aged Barbados rum. Five botanicals are also added with the end result being a rum with a fuller flavour.
