Imagining the botanicals as an orchestra we have taken the lead instrument, amplified its presence in the ensemble, and then raised the decibels by increasing the proof alcohol to create a Very Junipery Over Proof Gin. In true symphony style, V.J.O.P. uses Sipsmiths Triple Juniper technique (combining macerated, unmacerated and carter head methods) delivering all possible notes and nuances of this botanical within one gin for the first time ever. The result is a stunning Juniper-forward gin: assertive yet refined, incredibly smooth, with a remarkably well-rounded flavour.
