Shortcross Rye Cask Strength Blended Irish Whiskey

70cl / 66% – The second release of Shortcross whiskey from Rademon Estate Distillery is made exclusively with malted rye and malted barley from Ireland, and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and virgin Chinkapin oak barrels. Aromas of orange peel, baking spices, caramel and fudge fill the nose, complemented by notes of stem ginger, honey, fresh apricot, green apple, marmalade and fudge throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
