Sherwood Estate – Stoney Range Pinot Gris Waipara 2018 12x 75cl Bottles

Aromatically this wine shows poached pears and spicy complexity leading through to the palate which adds honeysuckle and nashi pear in the finish. The palate is light-bodied but oily with soft drying phenolics lengthening the wine to a lingering sweet finish.
