Sheringham Seaside Gin

70cl / 43% – A Canadian gin from Sheringham distillery that is inspired by the Vancouver Island coastline, with its salty air, scenic beaches, evergreen forests and wild roses. It is made with a blend of botanicals including juniper, rose, lavender, coriander seed, cardamom, lemon and locally-sourced sustainably-harvested winged kelp, which adds a salty, coastal undercurrent to the palate.
