70cl / 60% – A floral, grassy rum from Saint James distillery in Martinique, Coeur de Chauffe is the middle cut of a double distillation in a pot still. Aromas of honeysuckle, elderflower and grassy sugar cane fill the nose, complemented by notes of white pepper and juniper on the palate.
