50cl / 21.8% – Sacred English Dry Vermouth is bone dry with a hint of spice. Made with English wine from Gloucestershire’s Three Choirs, this has been created in collaboration with Alessandro Palazzi of London’s Dukes Hotel, so like the man himself, this makes an excellent Martini.
