Prior to that the family’s business was really cotton, but as they began to provide customers free bottles of Champagne as a ‘thank you’ the demand for their fizz quickly meant that their attentions were soon fully on Champagne rather than the business of old. Today the cellars are beautiful and a World Heritage site in their own right.Made purely from the Chardonnay grape, this is a superb example of Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Extraordinarily easy on the pallet and all for the right reasons.
