Roebuck Estates Rose de Noirs 2016

75cl / 12% – The 2016 Rose de Noirs English sparkling wine from Roebuck Estates, Sussex, is made with 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Précoce, and partially fermented in old Burgundian barrels, before a minimum of three years lees-aging in bottle. Aromas of wild strawberries, white peach and rose petals fill the nose, complemented by notes of honeysuckle, berries and cream, cherries and hints of plum throughout the palate.
