75cl / 12% – The 2014 Classic Cuvee is an English sparkling wine from Roebuck Estates, Sussex, made with a blend of 47% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes. The palate offers notes of lemon, baked apples, toasted brioche and hints of oaky spice that linger in the finish.
