5cl / 41.5% – A miniature of Rock Rose Gin, made by Dunnet Bay Distillers in the very north of Scotland. Produced using some local, but unusual, botanicals including rose root, sea buckthorn, rowan berries and blueberries, this is fresh and zesty with berry notes.
