Robert Oatley – Finisterre Syrah 2013 75cl Bottle

Wild cherry and plum notes with long, fine, silky tannins. Following hand harvest, the grapes were sorted and fermented. After additional two weeks post-ferment maceration, the wine was matured for 7 months in French barriques.
