3cl / 45% / The Perfect Measure – A Perfect Measure sample of Rhum Depaz VSOP, distilled at one of the oldest distilleries on Martinique. This seven-year-old rum was aged in small oak casks, creating notes of tobacco, liquorice and soft brown sugar throughout the palate.
