Prucia – Plum 70cl Bottle

Prucia is a smooth and delicate Plum liqueur. The high quality plums are carefully hand-picked in Moissac, South-West of France, when they are perfectly ripened. Then, the whole fruits are macerated in grape spirit before to be aged on oak barrels, previously used for the ageing of French Brandy. Matured to perfection, this is an harmonious blend with a silky smooth texture and deliciously mouth-watering flavours of sweet plums, sugar almond and vanilla. Highly versatile and compatible with many classic cocktails, Prucia is also delicious enjoyed neat over ice or as ‘Kir Royal’.

Made in France with locally-produced Golden Japanese Ume plums, Prucia is made by macerating the plums in grape spirit before ageing in French oak barrels, with the end result having almond / marzipan along with the juicy plum flavours. Great in a glass of sparkling wine as an alternative Kir Royale.
