Potocki – Lithuanian Tallgrass Borderland Vodka 50cl Bottle

Tallgrass thrives in the cool and shaded meadows of Poland and Lithuania. Its aromatic properties confer it a subtle sweet taste and a particularly fragrant aroma. It has been used to flavour vodka for centuries, hence its popular name of bison or holy grass. Today, Potocki Lithuanian Tallgrass is produced by carefully macerating dried, hand picked blades. It develops a fresh and vivacious vegetal aroma, before revealing voluptuous and creamy notes of vanilla. It is well suited to accompany white fish served with a rich sauce and is also a natural companion to apple or pear, however served. Serve at room temperature with savoury dishes, chilled in a shot glass with desserts, or on the rocks with apple juice.
