Port Dundas 16 Year Old 2004 Old Particular (Douglas Laing) – 70cl 54.1% Whisky region: Lowlands Single Grain Scotch Whisky A 16 year old Single Grain scotch from Port Dundas, distilled in June 2004 and bottled in December 2020. Cask Number 14564 with an outturn of 343 bottles. The whisky was finished in a Pedro Ximenez Sherry Butt which adds further complexity and sherry spice notes to the whisky. Nose: Orchid fruits and rich sherry spice. Palate: Ginger and spice pair with orchard fruits. Finish: Dark Chocolate notes with a light spice from the PX cask finish.
