70cl / 49.7% / Elixir Distillers – A 34-year-old single-cask Port Askaig single malt from Elixir Distillers. The nose has a sweet, briney character with notes of honey, sherbert lemons, candied fruits and sea-salt. The palate is smoky, sweet and waxy; notes of charcoal, peat smoke and oak mingle with sweet chocolate, barley sugars and salted caramel.
