75cl / 12.5% – A full-bodied 2015 Champagne from Pol Roger, made with a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay grapes and matured for seven years before being disgorged. The palate offers notes of almonds, honeysuckle, peaches, toast and sweet pastries.
