70cl / 44.9% – A limited-edition 2016 Barbados VSOR rum from Plantation that was initially matured in Barbados in ex-bourbon casks for four years, before being transported to Europe where it spent another year in ex-Ferrand Cognac casks, followed by a final four months in ex-Port casks. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, figs, raisins, plums, roasted chestnuts and strawberry fill the nose, complemented by notes of juicy peaches, raspberries, bergamot, peanut, cumin and coffee throughout the palate.
