75cl / 13% – A complex, fresh Champagne made from grapes grown in the region’s steepest vineyard. A slightly smoky, herbal aroma leads into delicious flavours of pear, ginger and mint. Philipponnat describe this Champagne as an excellent pairing for strong flavoured dishes like game, truffles, caviar and soft cheeses, and recommend that it is decanted and left to breathe before serving.
