PGR Pinot Gris Gewürztraminer Riesling 2021, Yealands Estate

Daddy Bear’s Riesling was too sharp. Mummy Bear’s Gewürztraminer was too blousy. So Goldilocks* blended some of each with a nip of her home-grown Pinot Gris, and it was Just Right. The PGR has lovely aromas of ripe peaches, lemongrass and a suggestion of ginger, with lime, rosewater, primrose and beautifully crisp acidity. A ‘Just Right’ combination of three classic wine varieties. *At the time of our story, Goldilocks was above the legal minimum age for alcohol consumption in Bearland.
