Unlike paint or vinyl, our process is permanent & will not peel off or wear away. – Dishwasher safe ORDERING PROCESS: – in comments during checkout, please indicate name & station name as you wish it to appear. – You will receive a proof of your order sent to the email used in your order within 2 business days. Approval of proof is required before your order is produced. Your glasses will be produced within 3 business days upon receipt of final approval. – You may specify ‘no proof’ in your order comments, at which point we will produce your glasses based on information provided within 3 business days. CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/DAMAGE – For ‘No proof’ orders, orders cannot be cancelled after four hours (as we may have already started on your order).
