Return/Damage/Defect (rare, but may occur): Because of the nature of Customized Shot Glasses, this product will be useless to us, so they are non-refundable, unless they’ve been damaged. If there is any damage to your products, please send me a photograph of the item to confirm. Any report needs to be filed within 3 days upon the receipt of items. Because of the items’ fragile nature, & their shipping & production cost, no report will be honored after the 3-day deadline. If there is damage, we will either replace the missing parts depending on the time that you need the items by or we will refund you for the damaged portion of the order only.
