70cl / 43% – A five-year-old blended Irish whiskey from Pearse distillery, matured in ex-bourbon barrels. Aromas of sweet citrus and soft smoke mingle with malt, honey and summer flowers on the nose. The palate offers notes of spearmint, chocolate, oak, vanilla and caramel that linger in the finish.
