This traditional French, raw milk Camembert de Normandie is sourced by the expert cheesemongers at Paxton & Whitfield. The cheese has a rippled rind with a supple interior and the taste fills the mouth with an intense, fruity flavour. Paxton & Whitfield’s artisan Camembert maker has been making cheese for four generations; working with small, local farms located within 30km. The cheese is made to exacting Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) specifications and is presented in a traditional spruce-wood box. MLooking for a drinks pairing?
