75cl / 12% – Based in Bouzy this house is part of the Bonnaire family, so it is no surprise that the wines are of similar quality. This wine has a very pretty lemon sponge cake and custard note with a hint of coconut, while the palate has that lovely lingering lemon note and crushed fresh meringue. This is a wonderful Champagne to pair with food.
