70cl / 42.1% – A 15-year-old rum from Panama-Pacific, matured for three years in ex-bourbon casks, before a further 12 years in roasted Tennessee and Canadian rye whiskey casks. The palate offers notes of burnt sugar, oak spice, pomegranate, sweet raspberries, fruit cake and nutmeg that linger in the finish.
