75cl / 12% – Palmer was established in 1947 by seven families who were orignially growers with vineyards in Premier and Grand Cru vineyards in the Montagne de Reims. They are Champagnes that represent very good value for money. Palmer has an impressive collection of old vintages. The 2012 is an exceptional vintage with a really linear note that will reward those who have the patience to wait.
