70cl / 46.4% / Distillery Bottling – Red Red Rye is the fifth release of Oxford Rye Whisky and combines the bold character of Oxford Artisan Distillery’s locally-grown heritage grains with three different cask types – first in a pair of virgin American oak casks, followed by a single Pedro Ximinez sherry butt and two Vintage Port barriques. The palate offers notes of raisins, brambles, raspberry jam, violets, toffee apples, pine needles and vibrant rye spice that linger in the finish.
