50cl / 41.4% – A 1976 Petite Champagne Cognac from Normandin-Mercier that was matured in a combination of casks including refill-Cognac casks and virgin Tronçais French oak casks. The palate offers notes of peppery oak, bitter orange peel, dried fruit and vanilla that linger in the finish.
