Delicately perfumed, this is a soft, sweet gin with the flavour of red fruit, sherbert and peaches. Made in Galicia in Spain and using their roots and heritage in every way possible, from botanicals to design, Nordes Gin is a prime example of an extremely modern, elegant and thoroughly Spanish gin! Nordes makes a radical break from the preconceived ideas and methods around gin. Using a slow distillation and a base spirit created from Albarino grapes, Nordes Gin is distilled with 12 Galician Botanicals (including peppermint, hibiscus and lemongrass).
