70cl / 64.2% / Berry Bros & Rudd – A 2018 Milk & Honey Israeli single malt from independent bottler Berry Bros & Rudd that was matured in a single STR cask (shaved, toasted and re-charred) for four years, before being bottled in 2022 as part of its Autumn Release. Aromas of apricot jelly, mango, quince, tobacco and crystallised ginger fill the nose, complemented by notes of black cherry, espresso, dark chocolate, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg throughout the palate and lingering in the finish.
