70cl / 42% – A fragrant, floral Irish gin from Micil distillery in Connemara, inspired by the bogs, hedgerows and seashore that surround the distillery and made with local flowers and herbs. Its botanicals including juniper, bog myrtle, heather, hawberry, Connemara bogbean and citrus peel, creating a palate full of delicate flowers, warming spice and aromatic herbs that linger in the finish.
