Micil Inverin Small Batch Blended Whiskey Blended Irish Whiskey

70cl / 46% – A smoky, spicy small-batch Irish whiskey from Micil, Inverin is made with a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, including triple distilled peated malt. The whiskey was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in a combination of ex-bourbon quarter casks, Pedro Ximenez casks and ex-Micil peated poitín octaves. The palate offers notes of rich peat smoke, charred wood, baked apples, pears, vanilla, honey, pink peppercorn, clove and smoked bacon that linger in the finish.
