Mermaid – Gin 70cl Bottle

An infusion of carefully selected botanicals: rock samphire hand picked from the Islands chalk cliffs, Isle of Wight grown Boadicea hops, English coriander seeds, juniper, fresh lemon zest, Angelica root, liquorice root, orris root, elder flower and grains of Paradise. Creating a refreshing, smooth, slightly sweet-peppery gin, with hints of citrus. Garnish with Cucumber.
