Mayfield Sussex Hop Gin

70cl / 40% – As you’ve probably guessed from the name, one of the key botanicals in this refreshing gin is Sussex hops – a variety which was originally found growing wild in a local hedgerow. The hops add a unique floral notes and sweet bitterness, which is supported by the citrus and juniper botanicals. Try mixing a double shot with 25ml lemon juice and 20g sugar for a ‘Mayjito’.
