Mayfield – Rhubarb & Ginger Liqueur 50cl Bottle

Clear, pale pink colour (think Provence Ros). There is a crisp rhubarb on the nose, with ginger coming through on the palate along with pine character of juniper and a spirity lift. The acidity of the rhubarb and sharpness of the ginger area a brilliant foil for the sweetness of the liqueur, while the gin base adds a lovely freshness to the lasting finish.
