50cl / 20% – A fiery, fruity gin liqueur from Mayfield Distilling Company, made using Mayfield’s Sussex Hops gin and fresh rhubarb and ginger. The palate offers tart notes of sharp rhubarb and fiery ginger, alongside a sweet, floral and hoppy base from the gin.
