Coming from a parcel of 50+ year-old vines above the village of Bussière on limestone-clay soil, this cuvée offers immediate fresh apple, lemon and orange blossom aromas, with some musky notes, while always remaining fresh. The wine is fermented 100% in barriques, with 50% aged in stainles steel cuves and the remainder in old oak barrels for 8-10 months.
