Intelligens is a Swedish single malt from Mackmyra distillery, created using artificial intelligence (AI) to determine the combination of casks used. Aromas of toffee, vanilla, apples, pears, citrus and ginger spice fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of oak spice, raisins, stewed pears, zesty orange, tobacco leaves and a whisper of smoke.
