Aged for 12 years in our bodegas of Jerez, in American oak casks through the traditional method of ‘solera and criaderas’. Mahogany in colour, with penetrating smoky aromas. Reminiscent of dark chocolate and walnuts in the mouth. Intense and concentrated finish, lightened by a tangy acidity. Food pairings – Ideal with game, Osso Bucco and other meats. Also as a digestif.
