Long Pond STCE White 2018 Sample / Habitation Velier

3cl / 62.5% – A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a relatively high ester STCE rum from Long Pond distillery in Jamaica, bottled in 2018 by Habitation Velier. Aromas of clove, nutmeg, camphor, vanilla and coconut milk mingle on the nose with hints of lime, walnut and mint. The palate offers notes of pear, peach, Mirabelle plums, coconut, vanilla and cinnamon that linger in the finish.
